This role significantly contributes to the organization s operational efficiency by collaborating with functional teams to meet quality requirements and project timelines, while also enhancing system performance and user satisfaction. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1.

Administer The Erp System In A Production Environment, Ensuring Optimal Performance And Availability Through Effective Configuration And Maintenance Of The Application. 2.

Monitor And Assess The Impact Of

Current Software Releases, Support Packs, And Kernel Upgrades On The Erp Application And Its Users, Facilitating Seamless Transitions And Enhancements. 3.

Manage Database Optimization And Perform Tasks

Related To Backup And Recovery Using Tools Like Oracle Database And Sql Server, Ensuring Data Integrity And Availability. 4.

Conduct Troubleshooting At Both The Erp

And Database Levels, Employing Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Efficiently. 5.

Train Team Members On Erp Functionalities
