We are hiring B2C Equity Dealer executes trades, advises retail clients, and drives business growth. They manage client relationships, process orders quickly on trading terminals, and meet monthly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.

Location - Goregaon (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Execution: Buy and sell stocks or derivatives on NSE and BSE with speed and accuracy using terminals like Odin or NEAT.
- Client Acquisition: Bring in new retail clients every month for offline trading and give them basic investment advice.
- Client Servicing: Share order updates, handle pay-in and pay-out queries, and solve customer complaints.
- Revenue Growth: Review existing client portfolios to increase trading activity and cross-sell financial products.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certifications: NISM Derivative certification is usually required.
- Terminal Knowledge: Experience with stock trading terminals.
- Core Skills: Stock broking, equity dealing, and market knowledge.
- Communication: Valuable talking skills to build trust with retail clients.
