Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Senior Video Editor &

- Motion Designer to craft high-impact product videos, UI walkthroughs, promotional launches, and visual assets for our software ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge technical software concepts with visual storytelling, turning abstract product features into engaging, high-converting video content using Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D creation suites.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Video Production: End-to-end editing, pacing, sound design, and motion design for software product demos, feature updates, brand campaigns, and explainer videos.
- Motion Graphics &
- Compositing:

Create fluid 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, screen recording enhancements, and UI animations using Adobe After Effects.
- 3D Visuals &
- Assets: Design, model, light, texture, and render 3D assets, product mockups, and environment shots using Maya and Blender.
- Storyboard &
- Conceptualization: Translate product requirements, scripts, and rough briefs into detailed storyboards, style frames, and video cuts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Design, and Content teams to align video output with brand guidelines and messaging goals.
- Optimization &
- Post-Production: Handle color grading, audio mixing,



file optimization, and multi-platform aspect ratio exports (Web, YouTube, Social Media, Events).

Required Qualifications &
- Skills

- Experience: 4–10 years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience, with a dedicated portfolio/showreel demonstrating software or tech product videos.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and Blender.
- Technical Product Understanding: Proven ability to record, structure, and animate software interfaces (UI/UX) smoothly without losing viewer engagement.
- 3D Pipeline Knowledge: Solid understanding of 3D asset creation, camera animation, lighting, texturing, and rendering workflows.
- Visual &
- Audio Pacing:

Strong sense of timing, typography, visual hierarchy, sound design, and music selection.
- Self-Direction: Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Figma or screen-capture tools (e.g., ScreenFlow, OBS) to source UI assets directly.
- Basic understanding of SaaS product marketing funnels and visual conversion strategies.
