Role Description The English and Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher will design and deliver engaging online lessons in English language, communication skills, and public speaking for Indian domestic students. This full-time remote role involves planning curriculum and lesson content, facilitating interactive classes, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual progress. The specialist will create learning materials, activities, and practice sessions that build confidence in speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication.

Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with the academic team, maintaining accurate student records,



and continually refining teaching methods to align with Fantastiqo’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and assessment for school or college-age learners.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to teach public speaking, presentation techniques, and interpersonal communication.
- Experience in Training, including conducting workshops, coaching sessions, or skill-building programs for students.
- Ability to handle Translation tasks and provide clear language support where needed.
- Customer Service orientation to address student and parent queries professionally and support a positive learning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching Indian domestic students, preferably in an online or blended workplace.
- Proficiency with digital teaching tools, learning management systems, and virtual classroom platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work setting, and the ability to manage multiple classes and schedules.
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL, public speaking, or communication training is an advantage.
