We are looking for an experienced Engineer or Senior Engineer - Sales Support / Proposal Engineer with strong expertise in Electrical Systems, Electrical Distribution and Electrification. The role will support the Sales organization and customers during the Bidding & Proposal process, providing technical solutions, cost estimation, technical documentation and techno-commercial offers for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in Bidding Strategy, Cost Optimization and Technical Solution Development.
- Prepare and deliver Technical & Commercial Offers within defined timelines.
- Provide technical support to Sales teams and customers during the proposal/bid process.
- Develop electrical solutions for Greenfield and Brownfield Energy Industry projects.
- Handle E-House Pre-Bid Engineering, including optimized E-House layouts.
- Evaluate E-House structural vendors and develop optimized techno-commercial solutions.
- Work on electrical systems including HV, MV, LV, UPS, HVAC, Fire & Gas and Drive Systems for E-House applications.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Vendors and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare technical descriptions, specifications, costing and final proposal documentation.




- Support project handover after order conversion.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion of bids.
- Apply applicable IEC / ANSI / ABS / UL standards and statutory requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Experience in Bids & Proposals / Tender Engineering / Pre-Sales.
- Strong experience in Electrical Systems & Electrical Distribution Networks.

- Good knowledge of
- LV / MV / HV Switchgear

- Transformers

- VFD / Drives
- Control & Protection

- UPS / DC Systems

- Power Quality Equipment

- Electrical Distribution Systems
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems 220 kV / 132 kV / 66 kV is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CRP / Control & Relay Panels is preferred.
- Experience with E-House / Electrical Houses is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Onshore / Offshore projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ABS / DNV / UL / IEC / ANSI standards is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Education BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Control Engineering
