Job Summary

Perform administrative tasks to configure, deploy and sustain Symantec AV clients installed and operational on all Internet network Servers Workstations.

Requirements

- Must Have Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Interpersonal Skills.

- Good To Have Skills: Certification in Symantec.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands on experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

- Valuable in SEP configuration and troubleshooting endpoints.

- Good in SEPM policies configuration SEPM up gradation from old 11.x to 12.x new version.

- Generating AV Compliance Report.

- Threat log analysis and event Monitoring Certificate Management L2/L3 Venafi Trust Platform.

- Handling user request and incidents on policy exception and implementing local exception policy.

- Configure Schedule Reports.

- Sharing reports with stakeholders/clients Endpoint Security L2/L3 Symantec Endpoint Protection.

- Design, implement and maintain Symantec Anti Virus solution for NIC internet network.

- Configure Symantec AV policies on the server and apply it onto every type of clients.





- Create installation package for every type of client machines.

- Configure Live update process.

- Checking regular synchronization and monitoring to ensure signatures are updated.

- Providing assistance to the individual(s) responsible for the network security function.

Professional Attributes

- Provide recommendation to Customer security team on changes to global policies.

- Analyze application Configuration settings, Policies custom rule sets, historical performance data provide recommendations.

Educational Qualification

B.E./ B.Tech (Computers), B.Sc CS/IT, BCA, M.Sc. CS/ IT, M.E./ M.Tech (Computers).

Additional Information

Should be willing to travel domestic International location, must have a valid passport.
