We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our Email & Chat Support Process at Bengaluru location. The role involves handling customer queries through email and chat, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through email and chat channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain qualified and customer-friendly communication.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled within the defined TAT and quality standards.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and company policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Adapt to process changes and updates as required.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Strong typing, comprehension, and email writing skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally through chat and email.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Prior experience in email/chat support, BPO, customer service, or non-voice processes will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good written communication skills may also be considered.
- Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and accept rotational weekly offs.
