About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business growth for CausalFunnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote CausalFunnel products and services.
- Create compelling copy, subject lines, and CTAs tailored to different audience segments.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows using industry-standard tools (e.g., lemlist, brevo, etc.).
- Collaborate with the SEO and web development teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:





- 2–5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably within digital marketing or technology services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web development, and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
