- Supervise and manage daily technical operations at the residential site.
- Monitor MEP systems, equipment, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Lead technicians and ensure proper shift allocation and work completion.
- Coordinate with FM, vendors, and clients for technical issues and AMC activities.
- Ensure safety, quality, documentation, and timely closure of work orders.
