Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Monitor and implement Environment, Health & Safety procedures across the plant.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness programs.
- Monitor PPE compliance, fire safety, chemical handling, waste management, and emergency response systems.
- Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
- Support internal and external audits,



including SMETA, ISO:14001,45001 and other compliance audits.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.

Candidate Profile ? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Safety / Environmental Engineering or relevant discipline

? Experience: 2–5 years in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing / FMCG / food industry

⭐ Strong knowledge of industrial safety, statutory compliance, risk assessment, and emergency management

?️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
