Role Description The Educational Content Lead is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the strategy, creation, and management of educational content across PPStack’s platforms and programs. This role involves designing and structuring learning materials for courses, bootcamps, and corporate training, ensuring content aligns with learning outcomes and industry needs.

The Educational Content

Lead will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and product teams to develop curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and digital learning assets.



Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing web content, building content roadmaps, maintaining content libraries, and ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and instructional design standards. The role also includes monitoring learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve educational content and contribute to new program development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for educational and marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize learning resources.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or e-learning development is beneficial.
- Background in EdTech, education, or related fields, with familiarity in AI, data, or technology topics, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms, and openness to continuous learning and innovation in education.
