About Sarha:

Sarha makes ready to wear outfits, from sarees to kurtas, for people who actually wear them. Not the once-a-year, wrapped-in-plastic kind of the Banarasi sarees you save for your cousin's wedding and the muslin you throw on for a Tuesday meeting. Silk, cotton, georgette, linen and Paithani weaves. Our apparel has heritage weaves, we make work wear for the Sarha woman.

We've built the product. Now we're building the engine that gets it in front of more people, month after month. This role is where that engine gets built, hands-on, close to the founder, with real numbers in front of you from week one.

Who We're Looking For:

- We're looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Is interested in fashion, ecommerce and D2C brands.
- Learn quickly and enjoy understanding why numbers change.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Is comfortable learning Shopify, marketplace platforms and analytics tools.
- Can take direction and complete tasks independently.
- Is willing to ask questions and learn.

What You'll Work On:

1. Shopify & D2C:

- Manage products, collections, offers and product pages.
- Track website performance and conversion.
- Identify areas where we can improve sales.

2. Marketplace Support:

- Support Myntra, Nykaa and Amazon.
- Track product listings, rankings and performance.




- Prepare pricing and recommendations for the founder.

3. Marketing Coordination:

- Coordinate with our performance marketing partner.
- Track advertising spends and results.
- Prepare weekly performance updates for the founder.

4. Customer Retention:

- Manage email and WhatsApp campaigns using existing templates and guidelines.
- Track repeat customers and customer behaviour.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

- Track and report:
- Conversion rate
- Website Traffic
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Repeat customer rate

Nice to Have:

- 0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing or fashion/apparel.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic Canva knowledge.
