Position: E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage end-to-end online marketplace operations, including product listing, order processing, advertisement campaigns, panel management, and inventory (in-stock/out-of-stock) tracking across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and company website.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (title, description, images, bullet points, keywords) across e-commerce platforms
- Ensure accurate product categorization, pricing, and HSN/tax codes on each listing
- Regularly update and audit listings for content accuracy, SEO, and compliance with platform guidelines
- Coordinate with design/content team for product images and A+ content

Order Processing & Fulfillment

- Manage end-to-end order processing — order confirmation, invoicing, packing coordination, and dispatch
- Monitor order status (pending, shipped, delivered, RTO, cancelled) and ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle order-related escalations, delays, and returns/refund processing
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team to ensure SLA adherence for shipping

Marketplace Panel Management

- Manage seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, etc.)
- Handle account health, performance metrics, and platform compliance
- Resolve panel issues, listing errors, suspensions, and policy violations
- Track and manage payments, settlements, and reconciliation reports from each panel

Advertising & Promotions

- Plan, execute, and monitor advertisement campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, PPC) on marketplaces
- Optimize ad spend, ACOS/ROAS, keywords, and bidding strategy for maximum visibility and sales




- Plan and execute deals, coupons, lightning deals, and platform promotional events (sale days, festive campaigns)
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

Coupon/Code & Voucher Management

- Create and manage discount codes, coupons, and vouchers across platforms and website
- Track usage, redemption, and effectiveness of promotional codes
- Coordinate with marketing team for coupon-based campaigns and offers

Inventory Management (In-Stock/Out-of-Stock)

- Monitor stock levels across all platforms in real time to avoid stockouts or overselling
- Coordinate with warehouse/purchase team to replenish stock based on sales velocity
- Update in-stock/out-of-stock status promptly across all listings
- Maintain inventory reports and forecast demand for fast-moving products

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare regular MIS reports on sales, orders, returns, ad performance, and inventory status
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing
- Present performance reports to management with recommendations for growth

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations/marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Myntra, or similar panels
- Strong understanding of listing optimization, order management, and ad campaigns (PPC/Sponsored Ads)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and reporting tools
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock forecasting
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Positive communication and vendor/platform coordination skills

Preferred

- Experience across multiple marketplaces simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads Manager
- Basic understanding of GST/invoicing for e-commerce transactions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
