Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow Nik Baker’s online business across its website, mobile application, marketplaces and food-delivery platforms. The role will involve managing product/catalogue listings, online orders, inventory, promotions, sales performance and coordination with stores, production, logistics and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Nik Baker’s website, app and online sales channels.
- Manage product listings including cakes, breads, chocolates, cookies, gifting products and other bakery products.
- Ensure product names, descriptions, pricing, images, availability and other information are accurate and updated.
- Monitor online orders and coordinate with stores/production teams for timely preparation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order cancellations, refunds, returns, complaints and customer issues.
- Maintain online inventory and ensure products are available across relevant platforms.
- Manage product availability based on store-wise stock and production capacity.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for offers, discounts, campaigns and seasonal promotions.




- Track online sales and identify opportunities to increase revenue and average order value.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and product offerings.
- Analyse daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce sales and operational reports.
- Track KPIs such as sales, orders, conversion, cancellations, customer ratings and repeat orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Stores, Production, Dispatch, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service.
- Resolve marketplace/platform-related issues and ensure smooth account operations.
- Support the launch of recent products and seasonal offerings across online channels.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare regular MIS reports for management.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in BBA/MBA/Commerce/Marketing or a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce / Online Food / FMCG / Retail / QSR / Bakery industry preferred.
- Experience handling website/app and food-delivery platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food & hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple online channels

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
