About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online business operations. This internship will provide practical exposure to e-commerce management, product listings, online marketplaces, order processing, inventory coordination, and digital sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms.

Create and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.

Support product catalogue management and ensure information is updated regularly.

Monitor orders, inventory, product availability, and order status.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfilment.

Assist in tracking product performance, sales, and customer orders.

Conduct basic competitor and market research.

Help identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.

Maintain e-commerce records, reports, and spreadsheets.

Assist with promotional activities, offers, and online campaigns.

- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations as required.

Required Skills





Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of product listing and catalogue management.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to learn and work on practical projects.

Eligibility

Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related fields.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms will be preferred.
