E-Commerce Head – Retail Pharmacy

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Head with strong experience in the retail pharmacy / online pharmacy / healthcare e-commerce sector to lead and scale the company’s digital business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall E-Commerce and Digital Business strategy.

- Drive revenue growth through website, mobile app, marketplaces and online pharmacy channels.

- Manage online pharmacy operations, product assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory.

- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchases.

- Manage platforms such as marketplaces, quick-commerce and digital healthcare channels.

- Develop and manage performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and digital campaigns.

- Track key metrics including GMV, revenue, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS,



AOV and customer retention.

- Work closely with technology, marketing, pharmacy operations, supply chain and category teams.

- Identify new digital channels and opportunities to expand the online retail pharmacy business.

- Lead the e-commerce team and manage external technology/marketing partners.

Candidate Requirements

- 15–18 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Business.

- Mandatory experience in Retail Pharmacy / Online Pharmacy / Healthcare E-Commerce.

- Strong understanding of OTC, prescription medicines, healthcare products and pharmacy categories.

- Proven track record of scaling online sales and digital revenue.

- Experience managing website/app, marketplaces and digital customer journeys.

- Robust analytical, commercial, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
