Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketplace Executive responsible for managing and growing the company’s online marketplace business across Amazon and Flipkart.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations including product listing, catalog management, inventory, pricing, order processing, promotions, advertising, returns, seller account health, marketplace coordination and sales analysis.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub and should be comfortable working with sales data, Excel/MIS and marketplace dashboards.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of the company's Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Ensure smooth functioning of marketplace accounts and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor seller account health, performance metrics, ratings, cancellations, returns and other marketplace parameters.
- Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart seller support teams for account-related issues.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, update and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, keywords, images, pricing and product attributes.
- Ensure accurate product information and proper categorization.
- Manage product variations, SKUs, brand information and catalog updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion through listing optimization.

3. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels across Amazon and Flipkart on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with warehouse/stores for stock availability and replenishment.
- Ensure timely processing, packing and dispatch of marketplace orders.
- Monitor pending, cancelled,



delayed and failed orders and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to maintain marketplace dispatch SLAs.
- Track returns, replacements and refund-related issues.

4. Pricing & Sales Management
- Monitor product pricing and competitor pricing on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Recommend pricing changes to improve sales and profitability.
- Monitor product-wise sales, revenue, margins and order volumes.
- Identify slow-moving products and develop suitable strategies to improve sales.
- Track marketplace sales targets and work towards achieving monthly revenue objectives.

5. Promotions & Advertising
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, deals and campaigns.
- Manage Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads as applicable.
- Monitor advertising spend, sales generated, ROI/ROAS and campaign performance.
- Coordinate promotional activities during major marketplace events and festive sales.
- Identify products suitable for discounts, deals and promotional campaigns.

6. Returns, Claims & Reconciliation
- Monitor customer returns, refunds and replacements.
- Identify reasons for high returns and recommend corrective measures.
- Raise and follow up on marketplace claims, disputes and reimbursement cases.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for marketplace payment reconciliation.
- Monitor settlements, deductions, commissions, logistics charges and other marketplace-related expenses.

7. Marketplace Growth
- Identify opportunities for increasing product visibility, sales and marketplace presence.
- Research competitors, pricing, product trends and customer demand.
- Recommend recent products/SKUs that can be introduced on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Work closely with the Business, Marketing, Warehouse and Finance teams to improve overall marketplace performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
