Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role:

To support planning, execution, commissioning and maintenance of building, utilities and infrastructure systems for Body Shop during Greenfield project implementation and plant operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

Greenfield Project Phase

- Support planning and execution of Body Shop building and infrastructure development activities; coordinate installation and commissioning of compressed air, industrial gases, HVAC, fire protection, power distribution interfaces, water systems and drainage; monitor contractors, schedules, quality, safety and costs; support testing, commissioning and statutory compliance.

Operations Phase:
- Ensure reliable utility operations, preventive maintenance, energy management, AMC/vendor management, KPI monitoring, EHS compliance and capacity expansion support.

Experience

5+ years in industrial utilities, facilities or infrastructure projects. Greenfield project exposure preferred.

Automobile, Auto Components, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
