/n Detailing Drawing Editor /n Bengaluru, KA /n Fulltime /n /n Specialization: Structural & Multifamily Steel Construction (Main Frames & Podium Platforms Only) /n Role Summary /n The Detailing Drawing Editor converts completed 3D Tekla structural model data into pristine, easy to-read 2D shop and erection drawings. This role focuses on the presentation, annotation, dimensioning, and bill of materials generation required for high-volume fabrication shops and field erectors working exclusively on structural frames and multifamily podium steel. /n /n Core Responsibilities /n • Clean Layouts: Clean up automated Tekla drawing outputs, arranging views, sections, and details for maximum readability. /n • Detail Structural Assemblies: Produce clear, heavily annotated drawings for beams, columns, frames, bracing, and connection plates. /n • Apply Dimensions: Add precise dimensions, structural welding symbols, piece marks, material callouts, and notes to shop assemblies. /n • Produce Bills:



Generate and verify accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), bolt lists, and shipping lists from the structural model. /n • Manage Standards: Maintain consistent line weights, text styles, border templates, and layers according to company standards. /n /n Requirements &

Qualifications /n • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience editing primary structural steel shop drawings specifically for USA fabricators. /n • Software: Proficient in Tekla Structures drawing space and 2D CAD platforms (AutoCAD or similar). /n • Industry Knowledge: Solid familiarity with standard USA heavy steel shapes, detailing conventions, and basic AISC drawing requirements. /n • Skills: High visual organization skills, speed, accuracy, and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
