.Net Developer 7 to 10 Years

Software Development

- Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable software applications using dot NET Technologies, C#, Java based frameworks, db (SQL, NoSQL) Frontend technologies Angular, Flutter (Hands on)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security best practices are followed.
- Contributing to architectural discussions, system design, and implementing recent features and enhancements.
- Providing technical direction and mentorship to the development team, performing code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Designing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures to ensure efficient data retrieval and management.
- Identifying performance bottlenecks in the application and implementing optimizations to enhance system performance.
- Mentor and guide team members.

Agile Methodologies
- Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.




- Ensure Agile principles and practices are followed to optimize team productivity and project success.

APIs and Microservices
- Design and implement APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration and scalability of the applications.
- Ensure APIs are well-documented and adhere to RESTful principles.

Azure and Cloud Technologies
- Utilize Azure toolsets and cloud technologies to build, deploy, and manage applications.
- Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with at least 7 to 10 years of hands-on .NET development experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as, dot Netcore, C#, SQL, Java,
- Understanding of frontend technologies like Angular and Flutter would be an added advantage.
- Experience in a leadership or technical lead role is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
