Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to handle dispatch documentation, production entries, and coordination with transporters and drivers to ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Delivery Challan as per dispatch requirements.
- Prepare and verify Invoices for dispatched materials.
- Generate and maintain E-Way Bills as required.
- Prepare and verify Packing Lists with accurate material and quantity details.
- Make and maintain Production Entries for all departments.
- Coordinate with Transporters and Drivers for vehicle availability and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and other concerned departments for smooth dispatch operations.
- Verify material, quantity, and documents before dispatch.
- Maintain proper dispatch records and documentation.
- Follow up on vehicle loading and dispatch status.

Candidate Requirements




- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse / Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, and Packing List will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with different departments and manage follow-ups.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

For Experienced Candidates Candidates with practical experience in dispatch documentation, ERP entries, logistics coordination, and transporter/driver coordination will be preferred for senior-level responsibilities.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
