Job Title: Direct Sales Executive – US Shift (Remote)

Target Market: United States (B2C – K-12 Parents)
Role Overview
As a Direct Sales Executive for the US region, you will act as an educational counselor connecting directly with US-based parents. Your primary goal is to understand each child's learning needs, introduce BrightCHAMPS' Next-Gen curriculum (Coding, Financial Literacy, AI, Robotics), conduct consultative video presentations, and drive student enrollments in a fully remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Parent Engagement: Connect with prospective US parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and live video sessions.
- Consultative Selling: Assess the student's learning profile, present curriculum pathways, address concerns, and handle pricing/curriculum objections.
- Conversion & Closures: Drive end-to-end enrollment conversions to achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- CRM & Follow-up Rigor: Track lead stages, update call logs, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and operations teams for trial class setups and seamless student onboarding.
Candidate Requirements & Mandatory Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills suitable for confident engagement with North American parents.
- Work Setup: Personal laptop in good working condition and a reliable, high-speed internet connection (Mandatory for remote work).
- Shift Availability: Mandatory commitment to the 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST US shift and a 6-day work week.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
