Job Overview

Shivay Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow the company’s online and offline marketing activities.

The successful candidate will coordinate with our digital marketing agency, local content creators and internal sales team. The candidate will prepare marketing plans, assign and monitor tasks, review campaign performance and ensure that all marketing activities are completed professionally and on time.

This is a hands-on role. The candidate must be able to personally carry out marketing activities whenever required and should not depend entirely on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop monthly marketing plans, campaign targets and content calendars.

-Manage the company’s digital marketing agency and assign clear tasks and deadlines.

-Personally handle selected marketing activities, campaigns and content when required.

-Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and local content creators.

-Review and approve social media posts, graphics, videos and advertisements.

-Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

-Plan, run and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.

-Improve the company’s website, SEO, Google visibility and online lead generation.

-Create campaigns for ICT products, corporate solutions and company services.

-Work closely with the sales team to promote priority products and generate qualified leads.

-Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and customer database campaigns.

-Monitor marketing budgets, cost per lead, conversions and campaign results.

-Ensure that all marketing inquiries are recorded and followed up by the relevant sales team.





-Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Offline Marketing Responsibilities

-Plan and coordinate offline marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activations.

-Arrange the production and distribution of flyers, brochures, banners, catalogues and other promotional materials.

-Support exhibitions, conferences, product demonstrations, roadshows and corporate events.

-Develop marketing activities targeting companies, government institutions, NGOs, schools and other organizations.

-Coordinate outdoor advertising, signage, branding and promotional displays.

-Work with the sales team on customer visits, product launches and corporate marketing activities.

-Identify suitable partnerships, sponsorships and local promotional opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

-At least 3 years of practical experience in digital or general marketing.

-Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website management and lead generation.

-Experience in both online and offline marketing.

-Ability to personally create, manage and execute marketing campaigns.

-Experience managing agencies, designers, content creators or other external service providers.

-Good understanding of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, CRM systems and marketing analytics.

-Strong communication, planning, reporting and organizational skills.

-Basic content-writing and creative briefing skills.

-Experience in ICT, electronics, retail, corporate or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
