About the RoleAshwini Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support the company’s digital marketing initiatives, social media presence, content creation, online campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
- Create, plan, and publish engaging marketing content, posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
- Be the face of the company on social media by appearing in reels, videos, and other digital content to effectively communicate brand messages.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, content ideas, and scripts for social media campaigns.
- Support lead generation activities through digital marketing channels.




- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing basic performance reports.
- Assist with website content, blogs, and other digital communication as required.
- Support the team in improving the company’s online visibility and brand awareness.

Skills & Requirements
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and social media.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media reels and videos.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and other content creation tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to research trends, generate creative ideas, and work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing tools and strategies.
