Job Summary:

About the Role We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle lead generation and brand visibility for our upcoming projects. You will be responsible for running paid campaigns, managing portals and driving quality leads for our various verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Paid Advertising: Plan and execute Meta Ads + Google Search/Display Ads for lead generation, manage daily budgets, audience targeting, and optimization Track and report lead quality weekly.

2.Lead Generation Portals: Manage listings on 99acres, Magic bricks, Housing.com, India Property Coordinate with portal RMs for premium placements and campaign boosts Ensure all listings are RERA compliant and updated

3.Website & Landing Pages: Work with web team to create campaign landing pages with lead forms Basic SEO, GA4 tracking, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking WhatsApp API / SMS / Email drip setup for lead nurturing.

4.Content & Branding:



Coordinate with design team for ad creatives, brochures, reels, drone videos Manage Google My Business, Facebook Page, Instagram for the project Basic copywriting for ads and landing pages.

5.Reporting: Daily lead report to Teams & Management Maintain lead dashboard and feedback loop with team Suggest new channels to reduce CPL and improve lead quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with Real Estate experience mandatory
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA 4
- Experience running Lead Ads, Call Ads, WhatsApp campaigns
- Knowledge of 99acres, Magic bricks, Housing portal dashboards
- Positive understanding of CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate metrics
- Basic knowledge of Canva for creatives is a plus
- Must be data-driven and target oriented Good to Have Experience in Plotted Development Land / Villa projects Knowledge of RERA guidelines for advertising Experience with CRM too.
