Digital Marketing Executive / Lead Generation

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Lead Generation Executive who is creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design social media creatives using Canva.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Research trends, competitors, and recent digital marketing opportunities.
- Engage with the audience and help improve brand visibility and online presence.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve lead-generation and marketing targets.





Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Canva and basic graphic designing.
- Ability to create Reels, short-form videos, and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Good understanding of Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
