Role & responsibilities
- Master access and credential holder for all digital platforms and tools.
- Manage and monitor chatbots
- Coordinate with SEO agency for optimisation and performance tracking
- Update new branch locations on Google Maps.
- Coordinate with agencies related to paid promotion
- Coordinate marketing activities related to the mobile application.
- Support campaign promotions and user engagement initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Experience in agency coordination and vendor management
- Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and automation tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
