We work with companies across a wide range of industries, giving our team exposure to how different businesses are using AI and where demand is growing.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join ARCQ and help generate new leads for the business.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive at ARCQ, your main responsibility will be to help drive qualified leads through a mix of paid advertising, content, email marketing and organic channels.

You will manage campaigns from planning through to reporting, while also creating content for ARCQ's social media channels.

This is a hands-on role, so you should be comfortable working across several areas of digital marketing rather than specialising in just one channel.

This is a full time remote position.

What you'll be doing

- Managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Planning and creating social media content
- Writing ad copy, email campaigns and other marketing content
- Managing email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences
- Supporting SEO activity and improving website visibility
- Updating landing pages and website content
- Tracking campaign performance and lead generation
- Reviewing analytics to understand what is working and where campaigns can improve
- Testing different messages, audiences and campaign ideas
- Managing marketing activity inside HubSpot
- Working closely with the founder on campaign direction and lead generation priorities

What we're looking for

You should have at least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.





You should be comfortable managing your own campaigns and taking responsibility for the results they generate.

Experience across areas such as the following would be useful:

- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn advertising
- HubSpot
- Google Analytics
- Canva
- Email marketing
- SEO
- Social media content creation

You should also be confident writing marketing content and working independently in a remote environment.

Experience marketing B2B services would be beneficial, although it is not required.

You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should have an interest in the AI industry and be willing to learn how businesses are applying AI.

Purpose of the role The main goal of this position is to generate qualified leads for ARCQ.

You will be responsible for helping us attract the right businesses, test different acquisition channels and improve the performance of our marketing activity over time.

Specific KPIs and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
