About the Role The Digital Marketing Coordinator at MSI Services Pvt Ltd plays a pivotal role in executing and managing our digital marketing initiatives. This position involves planning, creating, and scheduling campaigns across multiple channels including email, organic social media, and paid advertising platforms. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategic goals and brand standards.

The Digital Marketing

Coordinator will serve as a key support in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital marketing operations, contributing to the overall growth and visibility of our clients and our organization.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in email marketing and copywriting, demonstrating the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaign creation, scheduling, list management,



and reporting functionalities.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Google Ads is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital content.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and schedule high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring all content is accurate and aligns with marketing strategies.
- Manage audience segmentation and list targeting to enhance campaign relevance and engagement.
- Oversee the creation and scheduling of organic social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Write engaging captions and adapt messaging for different social media platforms to maximize audience engagement and relevance.
- Maintain organized social media content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting schedules.
- Support paid media campaigns by assisting with the development of ad copy, visuals, and campaign assets for Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all digital assets are accurate, on-brand, and ready for deployment.




- Assist in organizing creative assets and campaign materials to streamline digital advertising efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
