Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Destination Operations Manager to lead and manage import and destination delivery operations across North America and Europe.

The role will involve managing customs clearance, inland transportation, last-mile delivery, vendor/carrier relationships, operational performance, and a team to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage destination operations across North America and Europe.
- Oversee customs clearance, inland transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Ensure SLA adherence and minimize unexpected/accessorial charges.
- Monitor daily shipment execution and proactively resolve operational exceptions.
- Drive adherence to SOPs and continuously improve operational processes.
- Evaluate carrier and vendor performance based on service quality, reliability, and cost.
- Build strong relationships with carriers, logistics partners, and service providers.
- Track shipment milestones, collect PODs, and conduct shipment audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
- Maintain accurate operational data and reporting systems.
- Lead, mentor,



and manage team members while driving accountability and performance.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated people-management responsibility.
- Alternatively, 2–3 years of relevant post-MBA experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong experience in logistics/import operations and vendor management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Advanced/proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for operational activities is preferred.
- Willingness to work in US business hours (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday from office and Saturday from home.
