- Lead and manage the design and engineering of static equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Reactors, and Columns.
- Perform and review design calculations using PV Elite, NozzlePro, and Excel-based tools.
- Develop and validate Excel tools for design calculations based on engineering principles and code requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, API 660, PED and other applicable design codes.
- Evaluate PWHT, PFHT, Impact Testing, and NDE requirements as per project specifications.
- Review fabrication drawings, technical documents, and design deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to the design team and cross-functional departments.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of engineering deliverables.
Requirements
- BE / B.Tech /M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in static equipment design.
- Robust experience in design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and columns.
- Proficiency in PV Elite, NozzlePro, and engineering Excel tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
