2. Pre Tendering activities and responding to technical aspect of RFP
3. Initiate and Monitor product testing in various market to validate product USP
4. Installation and commissioning of the solution
5. Training customer on solution technicalities

Responsibilities of the incumbent are as follows

Work with technology team and Sales team to develop commercially viable products:

- Understand the requirement of customer, constraints of our technology
- Design Inverter / electronics to bring out the best of company technology

- Design and develop BMS
- Check the commercial feasibility of the product with Sales team and make a product that is cost optimal

Entry into Solar , telecom, Railway and other markets:

- Understand the power back up requirement for various market
- Design solution using batteries for such markets
- Design innovative solution addressing pain points of the customers in these sectors

Test the products both in labs and market:
- Formulate hypothesis to be tested for different product designs
- Form suitable test parameters and test jigs to prove the hypothesis
- Run the test, capture data, and analyze the data to get suitable inference.

Offering an optimal solution for customer with existing range of products:
- Talking to the EPC / System Integrators to understand customers- requirements
- Interacting with the customers to further understand his requirement
- Work closely with EPC / integrators to design a solution with batteries
- Offering the most competitive solution to customer / EPC / integrators

Installation and commissioning of the solution:
- Interacting with inverter and other electronics vendor to source suitable products
- Supervising the installation of the system at site





- Commissioning the system

Responding to technical aspect of RFP:
- Talking to various vendors for getting quotes for Inverter and other Balance of system
- Designing a solution and responding to the technical points of the RFQ

Pre-Tendering activities:
- Approach various Government bodies and consultants involved in solar tenders
- Present the benefits and technicalities of batteries to them
- Get the specifications approved and incorporated in their

Tenders Training the internal and external team on solution technicalities:
- Training the service team to give after sales support
- Educating the sales team to help them look for future prospective market
- Train the marketing team so that it can educate customer on solution usage
