This is a hands-on role involving design files, product setup, websites and internal systems.
You will be responsible for creating, organizing and updating product files and making sure the correct versions are updated across the different platforms we use.
The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using a computer, pays attention to detail, learns quickly and enjoys figuring out software and systems.
You do not necessarily need extensive work experience. If you are a college student looking for part-time work, or a fresher who is confident with computers and willing to learn, this could be a good fit.
What you will work on
- Create, edit and maintain Adobe Illustrator files for our products and covers
- Maintain master design files and product templates
- Prepare and update files for different product sizes, designs and variations
- Upload and manage product files
- Create and update products and collections on Shopify
- Update product listings, images, specifications and other product information
- Manage and organize large numbers of files and ensure the correct versions are being used
- Make changes to existing designs based on production or product requirements
- Help set up new products and designs across our various systems
- Coordinate with the production team when files need to be changed or corrected
- Handle other day-to-day digital/product setup tasks as we add new products
What we’re looking for More than experience, we’re looking for someone who:
- Is very comfortable using a PC
- Can learn new software and systems quickly
- Has good attention to detail
- Is organized and comfortable managing lots of files
- Can follow processes accurately
- Is comfortable with basic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator
- Can troubleshoot straightforward problems independently rather than getting stuck easily
- Is willing to learn how our systems work
- Can work from our office in Navi Mumbai
Experience with any of these is a plus
- Adobe Illustrator
- Shopify
- Product listing / e-commerce platforms
- Basic graphic design
- File management and production artwork
- Excel / Google Sheets
