The position is located in Chakan, Pune, India and will be a critical role for our Sourcing function The Deputy Sourcing Manager is responsible for Managing vendor selection, building supplier relationships ,

analyzing procurement data, Optimizing procurement processes. Outstanding collaboration with other members of the Sales, quality, and supply chain to achieve the objectives.

Main responsibilities:

- Being technically strong and able to make customer understand on the benefit of business Sourcing strategies.
- Able to understand a company’s operational needs and requirements
- Building relationships with vendors and key suppliers.
- Technically review internally new RFQ complying for Supporting Sales function in the RFQ process as procurement bid lead
- Proactively,



seeking business optimization and cost savings or new capability and developing data-driven business cases to support their initiatives

- Building and leveraging internal business partner relationships to create value-focused strategies that align with goals
- Staying current on industry and market trends and best practices. Apply best sourcing practices on RFI/RFQ/ Yearly rebates / Supplier scorecard etc.
