Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deploy machinery as per project requirements.
- Ensure equipment availability, utilization, and timely maintenance.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor equipment downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
- Coordinate equipment hiring, vendors, OEMs, and service providers.
- Maintain equipment records, statutory documents, and inspection schedules.
- Ensure safe operation and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Lead plant & machinery teams and drive cost and productivity improvements.
Qualification & Skills
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech Mechanical Engineering
- Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Real Estate experience is mandatory
