Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

- Manage and oversee operations of assigned restaurants/stores.
- Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and audit standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews.
- Monitor service quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest experience.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.

1. Sales & Business Growth

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the region.
- Analyze store performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans.
- Improve average ticket size, footfall conversion, and repeat customer visits.
- Support local store marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.

Team Management & People Development

- Recruit, train, and retain store management teams.
- Coach Shift Managers and Store Managers on operational excellence.
- Monitor manpower planning, productivity, and scheduling.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure succession planning and internal talent development.

1. Financial Control

- Monitor P&L; performance for assigned stores.
- Control food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.
- Ensure inventory management and minimize wastage.
- Improve profitability through operational efficiencies.

1. Compliance & Audit

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, labor laws, and company policies.
- Monitor cash handling, security, and financial integrity.
- Conduct periodic audits and corrective action follow-ups.
- Ensure all stores maintain required licenses and certifications.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with franchise partners, vendors, and support functions.
- Work closely with HR, Training, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Build strong relationships with store teams and business stakeholders.
