We are looking for an experienced and agile Branch Manager to lead our jewellery showroom operations in Perambalur. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in driving sales and managing retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and showroom maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for smooth branch operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a Branch Manager or Store Manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing/ERP software is preferred.
