? Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

? Experience: 3+ Years | FnV / Quick Commerce / FMCG

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible & ownership-driven DC Manager to manage our complete Fresh Fruits & Vegetables Distribution Centre .

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end DC operations: Inward → QC → Sorting → Storage → Picking → Packing → Dispatch
- Team handling, manpower planning & shift management
- Control wastage, shrinkage, damages & product rejection
- Maintain inventory accuracy, freshness & quality
- Drive cost cutting, productivity & operational efficiency
- Ensure timely dispatch and Quick Commerce SLA adherence
- Monitor labour, inventory & operational costs
- Daily MIS, KPI tracking & performance improvement
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics & Business teams
