We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, data processing, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate should have good computer skills, typing proficiency, and knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel sheets, databases, and other software applications.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry.
- Review source documents and correct data errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly data reports.
- Manage and organize digital and physical records and documents.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and formatting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required information.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational and project-related data.
- Scan, upload, and maintain documents in the required format.
- Generate reports and provide data as required by management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Positive typing speed with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, filters, sorting, and data formatting.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Basic knowledge of data management and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling project, student, trainee, employee, or beneficiary data.
- Knowledge of online portals, databases, or MIS.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and report preparation.
- Experience in maintaining confidential information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
