Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets or Wealth Management and expertise in Data Warehousing concepts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, SQL, Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to onboard new source systems into existing Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure data quality.
- Support data integration and transformation initiatives across enterprise data platforms.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing,



and implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data validation.
- Solid understanding of:
- Data Warehousing
- Data Marts
- Data Lakes
- Experience in gathering business requirements for Data Warehouse/Data Lake implementations.
- Expertise in preparing BRD and STM documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Technical Knowledge

- Incremental Load & Full Load concepts
- Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
- Data Ingestion & Data Curation
- Semantic Layer concepts
- Fact & Dimension Tables
- Data Validation & Analysis using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on enterprise data platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
