Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from datasets.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
- Perform data analysis using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Write basic to advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations and presentations.




- Maintain proper documentation of reports, dashboards, and data sources.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of SQL and databases.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, reporting, or business intelligence.
