We are hiring a Data Analyst – CIBIL with hands-on experience in Credit Bureau Reporting, Regulatory Submissions, Data Reconciliation & Dispute Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage CIBIL Consumer & Commercial data submissions and ensure 100% adherence to regulatory timelines.
- Validate customer, loan & repayment data before bureau submission.
- Investigate data mismatches, rejections & discrepancies and coordinate corrections with internal/partner teams.
- Handle CIBIL, Experian, Equifax & TransUnion (TU) disputes, including offline disputes and SLA-based closure.
- Manage Multipan IDs, hanging records & bureau reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports for submissions, disputes, rejections & compliance tracking.
- Handle RBI/BC partner complaints and customer complaints, including OLM case tracking and closure.





Ideal Candidate: ✅ Experience in CIBIL/Bureau Operations / Credit Reporting / Lending / NBFC / FinTech

✅ Strong knowledge of CIBIL, Experian, Equifax & TransUnion

✅ Valuable Excel, MIS, reconciliation & data analysis skills

✅ Strong attention to detail, follow-up & problem-solving abilities

✅ Understanding of regulatory compliance, TAT & SLA management
