Position Description The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide them with the information they require to optimize performance and achieve their objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, CRM, Excel/CSV datasets).




- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (PowerBI and Excels) that meet the needs of various business units.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide meaningful insights.
- Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines and data quality.
- Contribute to the implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Executives, Product, Sales, CS and Finance teams to understand their data requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use BI tools and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the development of forecasting and predictive models
- Develop a detailed understanding of key areas of Confluence, specifically, Finance, Product, Sales and Client Services.

Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in a FinTech or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow and reporting automation.
- Strong knowledge of financial data and metrics, including Revenue, Cost, and ARR, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent data visualization, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI and AI-powered analytics solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Desirable skills
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integrations.
- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or predictive modelling.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Exposure to forecasting and predictive models.
- Business Analysis experience.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and data governance.
- Minimum 3/5 years work experience
