Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries for a US-based process.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain process quality and meet defined performance standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility
- Candidates with good French and English communication skills.
