Role Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound US/UK customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, and products.
- Resolve International customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Update customer interactions and details in the system.
- Follow company communication guidelines and processes.




- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service in an International Process.
- Excellent English communication skills required - C1.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs.

Additional Information:

• Immediate joiners preferred by 31th August.

- Cab/Transport facility available as per the company's hiring zone.
