Eligibilty

- Any UG / Graduate Freshers / Experience can apply.
- Excellant communication skills in English

Salary & Advantages

- For Freshers Salary up to 26k CTC
- For Experience (minimum 6 month of International voice process experience) Salary up to 36k CTC

Shift Details

- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Cabs are provided
- Work Schedule: 5 days working per week
- Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.




- Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
