Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operations

1. Site Visits and Customer Care: •

Coordinating site visits for customer.

Understand products and effectively communicate product details to customers.

Customer Communication: Respond to customer communications regarding customizations promptly and effectively. 3. Unit Inspections and Snag List Creation:

•

Attend unit inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

•

Create snag lists for every unit before handing it over to customers.

4. Coordination with Departments:

Coordinate with interdepartmental teams including Projects,

•

APMS, and PMC to complete the work and ensure smooth execution.

- Reporting:

Report directly to the Site Manager regarding project progress and any issues encountered during the process.
