In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the US logistics and supply chain market. /n This position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. - Communicate with US-based prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

- Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination.

- Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activities

- Build strong professional relationships and provide excellent customer experience

- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordination

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emails

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours

- Basic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferred
