Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Both-Side Cab Facility Available

Ability to provide on-the-spot resolutions during client calls

Robust experience handling customer escalations and stakeholder discussions

Excellent presence of mind and problem-solving skills

Ability to quickly identify root causes and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

Strong client communication, expectation management, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs

Role Overview

70% Client Management

- Manage USA-based client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact




- Build strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations, issue resolution, and service excellence initiatives
- Conduct regular client reviews and stakeholder discussions

30% Upselling & Cross-Selling

- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Drive product adoption and account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value

USA Client Management Experience

Escalation Management & Service Delivery

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Aviation, Hospitality, or Food Industry Experience Preferred
