The role involves assisting patients/customers over the phone with healthcare-related services, particularly scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to healthcare services.

/n

- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling medical appointments.

/n

- Provide accurate information regarding appointments, healthcare services, and related queries.

/n

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance in a skilled and empathetic manner.

/n





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details.

/n

- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

/n

- Escalate complex or unresolved customer queries to the appropriate team.

/n

- Ensure a positive customer experience while handling sensitive healthcare-related conversations.

/n /n /n Requirements /n • Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice/calling/customer service process preferred. /n • Experience in healthcare, medical appointment booking, BPO, or customer service will be an added advantage. /n • Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi. /n • Good listening and interpersonal skills. /n • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. /n • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/calling systems.
